1. Approval of the Minutes of the 28^th Meeting of the General Committee held on Tuesday, 7^th September, 2004, in Munich, Germany.
   
2. Approval of the Agenda of this meeting.
   
3. Treasurer’s Report.
   
4. Welcome to the new members of the General Committee.
   
5. Change of DESG Constitution:
   
   1. adaptation to the new guidelines of the EASD;
      
   2. increase of the maximum number of EC members from 8 to 9.
      
6. Election of one or two new members to the EC (according to point 5.2)
   
7. Approval of prolongation of term for three of the five current EC members whose term ends next year.
   
8. Election of the new DESG President.
