Therapeuitc Patient Education 2008
The Therapeutic Patient Education 2008 Congress entitled Self Management Support and Education in Diabetes and Other Chronic Diseases, including the 4th International Dawn Summit, will be held on Budapest, Hungary from 5th to 8th November.
